Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Adtryx platform operated by Adtryx ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Platform Description

Adtryx is a premium programmatic advertising network that provides:

• Real-Time Bidding (RTB) infrastructure for buying and selling advertising inventory
• CPM and CPC traffic across multiple ad formats (Banner, Native, Popunder, Push Notifications)
• Advanced targeting capabilities including GEO, device, OS, browser, and carrier targeting
• Real-time analytics and campaign reporting
• Fraud detection and traffic quality assurance

3. Account Registration and Verification

3.1 Account Creation

To use our platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

3.2 Verification

We require account verification and documentation review before granting access. We reserve the right to reject any application at our sole discretion. Approval of your account grants you access to our RTB platform based on your specific requirements as agreed with our technical team.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Prepayment Policy

Adtryx operates on a prepayment-only basis. Campaigns run on a prepaid balance. The minimum deposit is $500 USD. All funds deposited are non-refundable except at our sole discretion.

4.2 Billing

You authorize us to charge your provided payment method for any amounts due. Prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to your use of the platform.

4.3 Disputed Charges

Any billing disputes must be submitted in writing to support@adtryx.com within 30 days of the charge. We will review disputes in good faith.

5. Advertiser Obligations

As an advertiser on our platform, you agree to:

• Only run campaigns for products and services that comply with all applicable laws
• Ensure all advertising creatives are accurate, non-deceptive, and comply with our content policies
• Not use our platform to distribute malware, conduct phishing, or engage in any fraudulent activity
• Comply with all applicable advertising regulations and guidelines
• Respect user privacy and applicable data protection laws

6. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited on our platform:

• Illegal products or services
• Adult or sexually explicit content (unless explicitly permitted)
• Malware, spyware, or any harmful software
• Phishing or other deceptive practices
• Content promoting violence, hatred, or discrimination
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
• Unauthorized pharmaceutical or medical claims
• Content targeting minors in inappropriate ways

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these policies.

7. Traffic Quality and Fraud

We employ AI-powered fraud detection systems to ensure traffic quality. While we strive to provide 100% verified traffic, we cannot guarantee absolute fraud-free delivery due to the nature of programmatic advertising. Credits for confirmed fraudulent traffic will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Adtryx platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are owned by Adtryx and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Adtryx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our platform. Our total liability to you for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Adtryx platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform immediately for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Upon termination, any unused prepaid balance may be forfeited.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
